- While most orders begin the shipping process immediately, please allow a minimum of 24-48 business hours to process and ship your order. If an item is on backorder or out of stock, you will be notified by email.
- Merchandise will be shipped via First Class USPS.

- Please make sure you double check your shipping delivery address. SilverJewelry.com shipping department is fully automated and the customer is responsible for any misinformation they type into the order.
- Please ensure that you choose a safe and secure shipping delivery address. If your order is being delivered to an office building, apartment complex, another facility, public institution, such as a college, hospital or hotel, the carrier may choose to leave the package with a fellow employee, neighbor, receptionist, etc. Upon signature or acceptance of goods by such personnel, we shall be deemed to have fulfilled our entire delivery obligation for your order.
